Essential Skills

Leadership: “Recognize and capitalize on personal and team strengths to achieve organizational goals.”  In this course you will learn how to use resources around you to be successful.  You will also learn skills that allow you to continue to grow and help others do the same.

 

Professionalism: “Knowing work environments differ greatly, understand and demonstrate effective work habits, and act in the interest of the larger community and workplace.” In this course you will learn how to set effective goals and manage your time to achieve them.  This will allow you to not only reach your own goals but support the larger community.
